As we step into 2025, we are filled with excitement and anticipation for the possibilities that lie ahead. This year, our theme is “Impact Through Growth,” and we are eager to continue our mission of empowering and supporting the youth and families in our community. The journey we’ve been on has been inspiring, but what excites us most is the growth and expansion we are about to experience.
For years, our focus has been on mentoring young boys who are growing up in homes without their fathers. Through our Stronger Sons Mentorship Program, we’ve seen firsthand the positive impact of our work. However, we know that true change begins when we embrace the needs of the family as a whole. That’s why, in 2025, we are expanding our reach and taking a more holistic approach.
This year, we are thrilled to announce the launch of several new initiatives, including programs for young girls, fathers, and the expansion of our Moms with Purpose program. These initiatives are part of our larger vision for the Youth and Family Center – a space where we can serve not just the youth, but their entire family.
Our Youth and Family Center will offer a variety of life skills classes and support services designed to guide and uplift families in meaningful ways. We are partnering with local organizations and resources to create an environment where families can come together, learn, and grow in every aspect of their lives. These new programs will focus on providing the tools and resources necessary to help families thrive – from personal development to financial literacy, emotional well-being, career readiness, and more.
